Return and Refund Policy

At ARC Trades, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences focused on stock trading, investing, and financial learning. Due to the nature of our digital products — including live training sessions, webinars, mentorship programs, and community memberships — we enforce a strict no-refund policy unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

1. General Policy

All purchases made on or through ARC Trades are considered non-refundable, unless clearly mentioned on a specific course or product page during checkout.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Stock market bootcamps & workshops

Live or recorded webinars

One-time or recurring memberships

Trading strategy modules or toolkits

Mentorship and coaching programs

Private group/community access (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord)

2. Possible Exceptions

Refunds may be reviewed and granted only under the following valid circumstances:

You are charged twice for the same product or service

A technical error prevents access to paid material despite successful payment.

In these situations, users must reach out to our support team within 3 calendar days of the transaction. Please include all necessary proof (e.g., transaction ID, screenshots, payment receipt). After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. No Show / Inactive Participation

If you do not attend a scheduled session, fail to join a mentorship call, or otherwise do not participate after purchase, you will not qualify for a refund. Once access is granted, it cannot be canceled, paused, or transferred.

4. Program-Specific Clauses

Certain courses or bundles may offer a specific refund guarantee or partial refund window. Such exceptions will be explicitly outlined on the respective product page or confirmation email. If no such terms are mentioned, the standard no-refund policy remains in effect.
